A party's not a party until one of the biggest pop stars in the world crashes-which is exactly what attendees of the Miyake Mugler Ball in Astoria, New York learned Saturday night when Rihanna showed up totally unannounced.



According to Fader, Riri attended the ball, held to celebrate the House of Mugler's 25th anniversary, with Balmain creative director (and Kim Kardashian's BFF) Olivier Rousteing and her hairstylist, Yusef Williams. Naturally, the Elle cover girl wasn't content blending in with the crowd, and ended up doing a pretty impressive turn on the catwalk. (Her minimalist, all-black getup and veiled beret added to her '90s supermodel vibe. ) Phresh out the runway, indeed!

Also on hand for the festivities? New couple Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs, straight from her show at at NYC's Terminal 5. Who knew Queens was such a celeb hotspot?
