Macaulay Culkin |
Macaulay Culkin is alive and well - and quite active on social media.
Right after online buzz swirled Saturday following a hoax that had millions convinced the actual actor had died, Culkin took to his band's Instagram page in order to lay the rumors to rest.
The latest pic in a series of shots posted through his rock group, The Pizza Underground, shows Culkin playing dead within the arms of his bandmate to recreate a scene from the 1989 humor Weekend at Bernie's. The cult classic starred Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman as two guys who try to convince everyone their dead manager is still alive.
Another photo shows a closeup of Culkin wearing sunglasses as well as holding up a bottle of soda with the caption, "We're on tour a person silly people. "
And just in case there was still any doubt about the Home Alone's star's condition, the band also re-Tweeted a fan who attended their own show at the Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, Texas: "Macauley's very first words: 'I'm alive! ' #pizzaunderground #FFFfest. "
