Ariana Grande may have sizzled in three pairs of thigh high boots in the MTV VMA Awards back in August, but that trio of looks piquet in comparison to her ensemble at the 2014 CMA Awards. The pop star carried out her hit “Bang Bang” with country band Little Big Town within a glow-in-the-dark mini skirt and matching crop top (how very Taylor Swift-esque of her! ). She finished the look with her signature voluminous ponytail hair do. Throughout her performance, her ensemble changed colors, from silver to red to red, matching the rest of the group.
“Was an honor to perform on the #CMAs tn! thanks so much @littlebigtown for welcoming me on your stage. the best, ” she tweeted right after the performance. “Y’all sounded amazing! ” We need to hand it to Grande; only she could make neon look quite this particular good.
