I am surprised by the low rankings on this product. I used this in combination with the 500mg tablet from Precious metal. It worked beautifully. How did I know it worked? I ran away and bought another brand that sells 1000mg tablets, the weight lost stop and also the weight crept back up. Source Naturals is a reputable company and not a travel by night like many of the companies that are taking advantage of the Garcinia Cambogia need. They have carried this product prior to Dr . Oz reviewing it on his show.
Better Than Two Others By Great Results
I am taking this to suppress my appetite. I as well was surprised by the other reviews because this brand works much, much better than 2 others I tried. I only take two a day - one before breakfast time and one mid-afternoon. I have noticed a significant decrease in my hunger level and I possess much fewer cravings for carbs. I am not sure why it seems to work for a few and not others but for the price it may be worth a try. I am so grateful it works for me personally.

I like this product. It provides some appetite suppressant effect, and helps me lose in a more normal rate. Usually I have to work very hard to get a very modest weight reduction, and with this it is faster and relatively effortless. I would prefer not to contain the additional ingredients, but I will buy again, because it works well.

Garcinia Cambogia has been around for a very long time, just that with the recent hype provided by Doctor Oz's recommendation everyone thinks it's new. It stands to reason it will not work for everybody the same way based on a number of things like nutrition and health issues. I have used a similar product during the past with some positive results, so I am willing to try it again with this brand.

We worked at getting under the 200 lbs mark for over 2 years. I had received down to 201 and was trying everything with out going crazy!
Starting back again at 209 lbs I started taking this. I took for 2 times and stopped for about 2 weeks and finally picked it back up. Saw no modify for 2 weeks weight wise but i had already been losing inches and did not realize it although other people did. I ran out and need more, nevertheless to date i have lost 14 pounds and 6 inches just over a 6-8 week period and have been holding steady at 196. This was along with eating much better, but not cutting out the goodies either. Curbed my appetite, helped curb urges and I felt happier and more energy from it. PLUS when you open the container you can smell the light fruity smell! others i have tried have tasted as well as smelled bad. pills are a little larger than i like but I got used to it! REALLY LIKE LOVE LOVE! Sure you can go cheaper, but i learned my training. I am sticking with this one!
now to combine with more exercise and continue eating much better and on to my next weight loss goal!

Tried to take this seeking a more organic product to help with weight loss. I also have reflux/GERD and this product gave me horrific acid reflux that took days to recover from. I did not take it long enough to see if it works for losing weight fast, but if you have GERD - you have been warned.

Since beginning to take this supplement, I didn't think it do much, but then the other day when looking at a box of chocolates, I found myself not really drawn to eating them at all. I basically felt an aversion to chocolates, and I feel this way right now toward all sweets. It's as if everything is actually tasting too sweet to me (like coffee a few hours ago), and I can't endure eating sugary foods. This has only been true since taking the garcinia. I am not aware of any side effects, and I have not noticed any. Other than that, my hunger is reasonable, maybe less than it was. I have type 1 diabetes, and it is not really recommended we take this supplement because it may lower blood sugar, but I have not experienced problems with blood sugar, so I choose to dismiss this warning and take my insulin carefully. Right now, this brand is not carried on amazon, to the best of my knowledge. We checked another site, and it is a little cheaper. A bottle should last you a couple of months at 2 a day. I will continue to take it as long as I experience no negative effects and continue to not crave sugar, which is usually a problem for me. I'm pleased something works to kill the desire for sugar.

i have been employing this product now for approx 4 weeks and I too notice that my hunger with regard to carbs is much lower than usual. Also I feel it sometimes gets me a little bit flushed but then I just have to remember to drink more water to keep cool, when i think it gets your metabolism going which is also noticable in my digestion which is right now about twice as fast as it used to be. In the 4 weeks without holding much diet plan or exercise otherwise I have lost 4. 5 kg which is a good outcome and I am happy to take this product longer until I reached my focus on weight.
