However the biggest bomb she dropped on Wednesday night was a few hints concerning the sex of her unborn baby.
As she bantered with her co-host Brad Paisley, the two discussed whether she is expecting a boy or a girl.

After Brad pushed her, she whispered in his ear, prompting the proud declaration: 'I understand something you all don't know. Suck it TMZ! '
Later, however , this individual appeared to let slip his newly acquired secret. The pair were talking about Garth Brooks presenting duties that night when Paisley blurted out that Barbara should name her child after Garth.
'What are you doing? ' Barbara, 31, quipped. 'Well, you kept that secret for a whole two moments. '

Though the singer is excited about being a mother for the first, she recently admitted she is nervous about the responsibility.
Talking about her concerns about becoming a parent, she said: 'Just being responsible for a little human. That's the hardest part. '
Carrie also previously admitted she is locating the fact she is pregnant 'weird'.
She said: 'It's still kinda weird, to tell the truth.
'Sometimes I'll be with my husband, and it's like, I'm gonna be a mom. If you're gonna be a dad. Is this real life? But we're really excited. '
