Marina is used to adapting in order to new environments after her nomadic life saw the girl born in Kiev, Ukraine before moving to Kazakhstan as an infant.
She then landed in New Zealand before she and her mother settled in Adelaide, South Australia, where they still live a decade later on.
She will make her debut on Monday night's show of the program at 8. 30pm on Channel 9.
