Some Samantha Armytage's reveals to struggled with her body image as a teenager

'If you are not entirely beautiful and stick thin, like I wasn't, it can be bloody awful'
This lady graces Australian television screens every morning with her stylish attire and brilliant smile.
And although it seems like Sunrise co-host Samantha Armytage has a picture best life, things weren't always ideal for the morning show star.
In an interview while using Sunday Telegraph's TV Guide, the 37-year-old opened up about her teenage battle with body image, saying 'it can be bloody awful. '

Samantha revealed to the syndication how damaging that time period can be, calling the period 'a terrible time. '
'If you're not entirely beautiful and stick thin, like I wasn't, it can be weakling awful, ' she said.
Her comment seemed to indicate she may have been teased over her weight and appearance as a teen, or struggled with the way this lady looked.

The television presenter is no stranger to speaking out about body image along with hit back at an Australian newspaper last month after they published a series of unflattering images of her.
She used her role on Channel Seven's Sunrise for you to vent her frustration over the article, which included an uncomplimentary visual look at Armytage's off-duty style over the years.
Questioning the motive of the article and ensuing damaging images, she said: 'I don't know if it's trying to bully me into a eating disorder' or 'shame me for being a size 12. '

This content was pinned around her makeover show, Bringing Sexy Back, which the idea claimed was a ratings flop and on the verge of being axed.
It then specific the fashionable presenter's style over the years.
'The story which doesn't have an author's name put to it is set up as an excuse to cast an eye over this style when I'm not at work, ' said Armytage revealing the photographs were being all more than four years old.
Flanked by her fellow network presenters Brian Koch, 58, and Natalie Barr, 46, on the Sunrise sofa the hot beauty said she chose to vocalise her feelings over the incident, because 'some days you have to fight for yourself. '
Highlighting a few of the individual photographs, she aimed at a shot of herself wearing a beige jumper and fitted combat jeans, taken in 2001, in which she looks curvier than her current size.
This lady said of the image: 'it's not flattering... I've lost weight since then. '

Another shot showed the media personality leaving a spray tanning salon from the rain dressed in a largely unflattering outfit of a loose-fitting flowery skirt along with baggy jumper.
Her co-host Natalie was similarly offended by the nature on the content, saying: 'I think it's bullying - I think it's really tipped typically the scales.
'It's over the top and really, really rude. '
Meanwhile David also got umbrage: 'It's a bit cowardly not to put a byline there with an publisher.

Clearly affronted Armytage went on to protest: 'I've by no means said I was a model, I've never pretended I'm skinny, I do the top I can with what I've got and I work really hard at it because Need to.
'I don't understand this shaming, I don't know if its trying to bully us into an eating disorder.
'It's cowardly and mean. '
Clearly passionate about anti-bullying messages and a positive outlook on body image, Samantha has since written some sort of book titled Shine which is set for a November 25 release.
According to the manager Hachette Australia the book includes the blonde's 'best advice on dealing with every little thing life throws at you' including 'loving your body and 'rising above negative thoughts. '
