She actually is already the proud mother of four children.
But when Nicole Kidman spoke to Australia's Kyle and Jackie To on KIIS 1065 on Friday morning, she says she and husband Keith Urban are hoping for an additional child.
During an emotional chat with the radio presenters, Nicole, who has two adopted children, Connor, 21 and Isabella, 19, and two biological daughters, Sunday Rose, 6, and Faith Margaret, three, with husband Keith, additionally explained how much she loves children.
The Oscar successful actress said: 'I hope every month I am pregnant however I never am.
'I would be jumping for pleasure, but it wont happen I’m 47. '
And when Cassie O told her that 49-year-old Mornings TV presenter Sonia Kruger is currently pregnant, Nicole said:
'That’s incredible, such a fabulous thing. My grandmother had her last child at 49 so you never know. ' And when Kyle Sandilands asked if Keith ‘has still got it in him’, she added: ‘He might not be jumping for joy! ’
The actress, who was speaking publicly since the tragic moving of her father Dr Antony Kidman in Sept, also revealed that her and Keith make sure they have sufficient family time together in between their busy schedules.
'We don't go for longer than seven days [without viewing each other], ' Nicole said.
And continuing to speak about how much she loves being a mother she then stunted shock jock Kyle about whether he would like to turn into a father.
‘I’m baby crazy. I love babies…kids, ' the girl said. 'Kyle when are you having the baby? ' You’ve have got to have the baby, they are just... they are extraordinary.
When Kyle, 43, explained that his girlfriend of three years, Imogen Anthony, 23, 'would probably let me have a baby along with her' Nicole showed off her traditional nature, informing him he should propose to her first.
Nicole has received a much publicised struggle with conceiving in the past and had Faith Maggie via a surrogate mother in 2011.
She revealed to Who else magazine in 2012, that she thought she would not have her own children after fertility treatment failed and the girl suffered miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy.
Her natural daughter Sunday Rose was born in July 2008.
The girl said: 'I had so much time thinking that wasn’t likely to happen in my life and trying to understand that. When it did occur - and for it to be a surprise - that was excellent.
'I had tried and failed and failed as well as failed. Not to be too detailed, but I’ve experienced an ectopic pregnancy, miscarriages and I’ve had male fertility treatments.
'I’ve done all the stuff you can possibly do to try become pregnant. '
'Every woman who has been through all those ups and downs understands the depression that comes with it.
'So the way it just occurred with Sunday was like, "What? " The percentages had been so low. It is the miracle in my life. '
