Cheryl Versini-Fernandez was desperately struggling to keep her composure on Sunday night’s episode.
However despite her best efforts, the Crazy Stupid Love singer burst in to tears as she came face to face with her group to reveal who had made it before the live rounds.

After informing the talented Kerrianne Covell that she had been out of the competition, the judge really began to cry.
'It's just so hard when you are able see how much it means to them, ' she sobbed to the producers.
An assistant was then spotted running over to Cheryl to give her some tissues so she could wipe away her tears.
While Kerrianne was naturally disappointed with the judge’s decision, the aspiring star admitted towards the cameras afterwards that she wouldn't give up on pursuing her dreams.
'I understand this industry is hard so I'm going to take all of this with a pinch of sodium. '
That didn’t stop Cheryl becoming emotional yet again when she needed to deal with sending Lola Saunders home.
'This has been driving me mad however I can't take you through to the live shows, ' the star told her. 'I'm therefore sorry it didn't work out. '
Luckily for the Girls Aloud star although, it wasn't all bad news. She later had the pleasure of informing Lauren Platt, Chloe Jasmine and Stephanie Nala that they were all cruising through to the next round of the competition.
However , Stephanie for some reason seemed to have persuaded herself that she would be going home.

Clearly taken aback with her nerves, Cheryl told the young singer: 'It's clear to me how much self-doubt you have.
'Your self-confidence is on the floor and it's upsetting to watch. It terrifies me because you are a readymade pop star. '
Stephanie became emotional even before she discovered whether or not she had made it through and began to sob.
'You have to focus on your nerves and your self-confidence, ' Cheryl told her. 'Stop crying! '
Next, the singer revealed the good news to Stephanie and the delighted 20-year-old promised not to let her mentor down.
