Although Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West were enjoying a romantic time in West Hollywood, glamorous granny Kris Jenner took over babysitting tasks.
The 58-year-old momager - who filed for divorce from husband Generic Jenner last week - took North, 16 months, to the Farmers' Market inside Calabasas on Saturday for some bonding time and the tot looked adorable in a couple of sunglasses as she hugged her nan.
Kris was cool and everyday in a white shirt and ripped black jeans along with a youthful pair of reddish trainers and she couldn't have looked happier as she carried the woman youngest grandchild.

And it wasn't just North who Kris was taking care of.
Kris was also accompanied by her daughter Kourtney Kardashian's children Mason, five and also four-year-old Penelope Disick, whose father is Scott Disick.
And while she has half a dozen children of her own, Kris still needed a helping hand to analyze her grandchildren and brought two nannies along with her.
North and Penelope sported matching sunglasses while Mason walked along beside the group. Kris can soon have two more babies to look after as Kourtney is pregnant ready third child while Kim, 33, has been very open with her desire to have one more baby with Kanye - and sooner than later.

And it seemed she acquired some very good news recently when she hired a psychic to give her any reading at the couple's home.
She told E! News at the Charlotte Tilbury make-up launch at The Grove in LA on Thursday that her email, Jayne Wallace, shared 'so much, so many good things' about the possibilities of any sibling for North.
When asked what baby predictions were read, Ellie replied: 'That's what it was all about! It was exciting but I don't would like to give it all away but she said so many good things you hope is actually true! '
According to HollywoodLife, Kourtney, 35, is expected to give birth ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, which this year falls on November 27.
That leaves the woman just over a month until the birth.
Kourtney knows the importance of staying in shape while expectant.
She told Natural Health magazine: 'I try to eat pretty healthy, yet I think it’s fun and important to listen to your cravings.
'I develop a thing regarding Nilla Wafer cookies every time. I have no idea why.
'I’ve also been into dairy products and pickle sandwiches. Everyone thinks I’m gross when I order them. '
