Compliment the wedding gods: Photos of The Dress, in all its Oscar de la Renta, French ribbons glory, are finally here! (Phew, the anticipation was killing us! ) But beyond the big bridal gown moment, Amal Alamuddin's fashion was spot-on throughout her entire wedding weekend. George Clooney's bride looked stunning for your rehearsal dinner Friday night. Joined by famous friends like Cindy Crawford, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, Bill Murray, and Bono, both rehearsed at Venice's Hotel Cipriani, where many of the wedding weekend festivities take place.
Alamuddin wore a gorgeous red Alexander McQueen dress with a dramatic hemline which we'll describe as a "waterfall" cut because of its cascading back-and this is a classy occasion, so we shouldn't be using the word "mullet. "
This isn't the first big fashion moment we've observed from Alamuddin this weekend. The bride arrived in a ladylike, striped Dolce & Gabbana dress to kick off the Venice fun. And she looked-surprise! -gorgeous.
Sunday morning post-ceremony, Alamuddin killed it once again with her departure dress-that lace, those flowers, that RING! (THOSE LEGS. ) While the official dress hadn't been revealed yet, this amazing Giambattista Valli number was continued peace of mind anything and everything she wore this weekend would be perfection.
As if she knew all of us couldn't wait any longer, Alamuddin gave us a look at one of the outfits she used to say "I do. " She and Clooney made things official-official, Mon, in a civil ceremony-and the bride wore a stunning white jumpsuit (and stylish floppy hat) for the occasion.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, George understands he has quite the catch.
